Specialist Vehicles-Purchase Of Records Ra-2. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Purchase A Reporting Vehicle With Equipment And Finishing According To The Clients Requirements. The Reporting Vehicle Will Be Designed For Sound Recording Of Music Events And Transfers Of Events In Outdoor Locations. The Vehicle Must Meet The Following Requirements For Radio Production: • The Vehicle Will Be A Work Space For Recording And Installing A Recorded Material. • The Interior Of The Vehicle Must Be Functionally Arranged As Directing With Working Places For The Tone Master And Producer. • The Cabin Of The Vehicle Must Be Separated From The Rest Of The Vehicle With A Partition With A Window And Equipped For Work For Two Commentary Sites In The Drivers And Front Passenger Seat. • The Interior Of The Vehicle Must Be Properly Treated. • Built -In Technological Equipment Includes A Built -In Monitoring Wall With Stands For Equipment And Associated Energy, Audio And Network Equipment • The Rooms For Storing Additional Audio Equipment Must Be Available In The Vehicle. • The Equipment Must Be Installed In The Vehicle So That Its Weight Is Evenly Distributed Throughout The Vehicle So That The Vehicle Does Not Hang On One Side Due To Its Weight. • The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With Air Conditioning Devices, Which Must Maintain The Temperature Of The Vehicle Suitable For Work (20 To 28 Degrees Celsius) In All Weather Conditions During Work In The Vehicle. The Vehicle Must Comply With The Slovenian Road Regulations. All Connections Of The Vehicle To The Mains Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The European Standards And The Slovenian Law In Occupational Safety. Acoustic Treatment Of The Interior Of The Recording Space Is Required. The Complexity Of The Interior Processing Must Be Adapted For Recording The Music Production Of Rtv Slovenia. The Vehicle, Together With The Built -In Equipment, Must Comply With All The Responsible Slovenian Regulations, So That After Completing The Works, The Bidder Will Obtain And Submit A Complete Certificate Of Type -Approval Of The Vehicle. The Bidder Must Offer The Vehicle Together With The Recovery Of The Vehicle, By Integrating The Equipment Into The Vehicle, Delivering To The Location Of The Client And By Testing The Equipment At The Location Of Radio Slovenia. In The Tender, The Bidder Must Attach A Plan To The Installation Of Equipment In The Vehicle. All Required Equipment Must Be Offered On The Offer. The Price For The Vehicle, The Price For The Equipment, The Price For Complete Recovery Of The Vehicle And The Price For The Integration Of The Equipment Into The Vehicle Must Be Specifically Specified. The Specification Of The Weight Of The Upgraded Vehicle, With All The Recovery, With The Complete Installed Equipment Subject To This Call, Must Be Submitted. The Offer Must Meet All The Requirements Given In The Technical Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Characteristics Of The Equipment Offered Must Be The Same Or Better Than Required. Otherwise, The Offer Will Be Rejected. When Handing Over Equipment And Vehicles, The Successful Tenderer Must Deliver Two Copies Of User And Service Documentation, In Slovene Or English, In Electronic Or Printed Form. The Documentation Must Contain Wiring Plans, Technical Documentation Of The Built -In Equipment, And Instructions For The Use And Maintenance Of Equipment And Vehicles.
