5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Catching, Taking, Storing And Taking Care Of Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune Consisting In: 1) Admission To The Shelter Currently Maintaining The Opoczno Commune Of Homeless Animals, In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Catching, Transporting A Vehicle Adapted For Transporting Animals And Admission To The Shelter Caught A Sheltered Shelter And Admission To The Shelter. Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune During The Duration Of The Contract; 3) Ensuring Proper Care And Protection Of Animals Staying In The Shelter, In Particular Providing Food According To The Standards Specified By The Veterinarian, 4) Ensuring Veterinary Care Over Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune, Including Treatment Of Illnesses, Purchase Of Medicines; 5). In Relation To Animals From The Opoczno Commune, By Looking For The Right People Willing To Accept Animals And Put Them For Adoption By Concluding An Adoption Contract On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, 6) Conducting A List And Animal Records, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Relevant Provisions And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, 7) Purchase Of Chips, Chip Animals Admitted To The Shelter And Registration Database, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5.2. The Detailed Scope And Manner Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz.
