Construction Work - Partial Renovation Of The Munkkiniemi Parish House (Church). The Helsinki Parish Union Requests A Bid For The Renovation Of The Munkkiniemi Parish House (Church) In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. In The Same Contract, The Renovation Of The Dwellings, The Geothermal System, The Elevator And The Air Conditioning Maintenance And Adjustment Work As A Whole For The Entire Property According To Plan. In Addition, There Is A Separate Clock Tower In The Yard, The Repair Of Which Is Part Of The Contract. The Destination Is A Parish Hall (Church) Designed By Architect Pauli Salomaa, Built Between 1953 And 54 And Was Inaugurated On June 27, 1954. Partial Renovation Was Carried Out In 1998 On The Basis Of Architect Kari Hyvärinens Plan. The Munkkiniemi Parish House Comprises A Wing Building And Church Section. The Wing Section Has Three Apartments And Parish Facilities (Eg Office And Club Rooms). The Wing Section Has Two Floors And A Basement. The Church Part Is Two Layers (1+ 1 Basement). The Building Is Not Protected By The Town Plan, By The National Board Of Antiquities Or The Church Act, But The City Museum Is Strongly Involved In The Project. The Roofs Of The Munkkiniemi Parish House (Church) Have Been Renewed In 2022 And Will Be Excluded From The Renovation Pl. Repair Of Internal Ceiling Rainwater Systems And Penetrations/Installation Required By Technology With Water Roofs. The Object Is Implemented As An Overall Contract Including Geothermal, Elevator, Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Automation, Yard And Demolition Work As Planned, So The Tenderer Must Have The Conditions And Capabilities. A Construction Permit Is Sought For The Site By The Customer. The Developer Seeks To Make Contracts In May 2025 And The Construction Work Would Begin In June 2025, Provided That The Joint Church Council Of The Helsinki Parish Union Has Approved The Project And Granting A Start -Up Permit And Is Not Appealed To The Procurement Decision. The Contractor May Provide His Or Her Own Proposal For The Duration Of The Construction Work. The Tenderer Is Required To Explore The Subject Before Submitting The Offer.
