The Material Resources Of The Subject Of The Contract The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Gastronomic Services To The Employer In The Building Of The Lasy Janowskie Education Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Oee) Located At Ul. The Landlord Allows The Contractor To Perform A Local Vision Of The Subject Of The Contract In Order To Obtain All Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Lease Rooms With An Area - 571.04 M2 Located In The Oee Building With Devices In Order To Conduct Catering Services. 1) The Lease Is Scheduled For The Duration Of The Main Contract (I.E.
