Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Applies (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products - Dns For Furniture Supplies Within The Project “Development Of Ju - Erdf Quality”. The Subject Of Public Procurement Awarded In Dns Will Be Furniture Supplies Defined By Cpv Codes Referred To In Article 4, To The Extent And In Accordance With The Tender Conditions Of Individual Calls For Submission Of Tenders In Dns Pursuant To Section 141 Of The Act. The Subject Of Individual Public Contracts Awarded In Dns, Including The Technical, Business And Contractual Conditions, Will Always Be Defined In The Call For Submission Of Tenders Within The Meaning Of Section 141 Of The Act. The Specific Specifications Of The Subject Of Performance Will Always Be Defined In The Tender Documentation For The Relevant Public Contract Awarded In Dns And Will Be Part Of The Purchase Contract. The Deadlines And Places Of Performance Of The Subject Of Individual Public Contracts Awarded In Dns Will Always Be Determined In The Call For Bids Within The Meaning Of Section 141 Of The Act. The Contracting Authority Will Award Public Contracts In Dns According To Current Operating Needs, Ie In Pre -Undetermined Irregular Intervals And Pre -Unspecified Items And Their Quantity. The Contracting Authority Provides That The Supplier Is Not Obliged To Submit A New Application For Participation In The Case Of A Legislative Change In Cpv Codes (Which May Occur For The Duration Of Dns) If It Agrees With This Legislative Change.
