Data-Processing Machines (Hardware)-Framework Of Servers, Network Devices And Disks. The Procurement Contracts Under The Framework Contracts Include Servers (Including Hsm Equipment), Network Equipment (Including Vpn Equipment), Disks And Their Components, Software, Licenses, Product Support Extensions And Related Services. The Item Of The Contracts Also Includes The Delivery Of The Goods To Be Purchased In The Place Designated By The Contracting Authority In Estonia Or In The European Union Without Paying A Separate Fee. The Place Of Delivery Will Be Brought Out In The Mini Competition. Under The Framework Of The Framework Contract, Contracts Are Concluded For The Purchase Of Things (The Right To Acquire The Thing) And/Or Rent (Without The Right To Acquire The Thing) And/Or The Acquisition Of The Right Of Use (To The Specified Term). The Framework Agreement Concluded As A Result Of A Public Procurement Shall Extend To All Public Authorities Who Have Authorized The Organization Of The Rit Public Procurement (Joint Contractors Listed In The List Of Joint Contractors).
