The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Established By The Contracting Entity Are Those Specified In The Specification And Represent Estimates Of Some Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Frame Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Can Be Smaller, Equal Or Larger, Related To The Estimated Ones, According To The Effective Needs Of The Contracting Entity.
