Lutselke Is Located On The Eastern Arm Of Great Slave Lake, Approximately 190 Km East Of Yellowknife. Building Area Is 378M2, Building Is Single Storey With Crawlspace, And Includes A Garage Bay With Ramp. Project Scope Includes All Aspects Of Building Construction Including But Not Limited To: Site Clearing/Preparation, Triodetic Foundation, Structural Framing, Mechanical, Electrical (With Backup Generator), Exterior/Interior Finishing, Doors/Windows, And Millwork. Construction Materials Are To Be Delivered To Project Site Via Barge (Nwt Marine Transportation Services Or Charter). There Is A Security Requirement Associated With The Requirement.
