In The Framework Of The Implementation Of Measures To Achieve The Goals Of The Climate -Neutral State Administration, The Buildings Of The Leverkusenenergetically District Court Should Be Optimized. The Aim Is To Renovate The Efficiency Building 55 (Beg Re -Building Energy Law) And Only Plan With Renewable Energies In Order To No Longer Use Fossil Energies In The Future. Implementation Package Has Already Been Developed In Advance. This Package Is To Be Considered Under Sensible Technical And Economic Aspects (Development Of Variants And Their Comparison). At The Present Time, It Is, Among Other Things, The Exchange Of The Existing Heating Through A Heat Pump, The Renewal Of The Window, An Underside Insulation Of The Basement Ceilings, Insulation Of The Top Floor Ceiling, The Renewal Of The Outer Insulation Wdv On The New Building, A Conversion Led Lighting. The Already Existing Photovoltaic System On The Roof Of The New Building Is To Be Integrated. The Implementation And Planning Are Continuously Voted With The Blb Nrw, The Other Involved In The Planning And The Customer The Users.
