Quotation Are Invited For Global Creative Agency This Request For Proposal (Rfp) From The Department Of Culture And Tourism Abu DhabiS (Dct) Destination Brand, Experience Abu Dhabi, Requires The Services Of A Global Creative Service Agency To Support In The End-To-End Conceptualization And Delivery Of The Following Campaigns: 1. Abu Dhabi Calendar - Brand + Line Up 2. Global Brand Ambassador Campaign 3. Russian Christmas & New Year 2026 The Submission Work For The Above Individual Projects, Along With The Other Deliverables Outlined In This Rfp, Will Also Be Used To Identify The Agency Partner For Our Upcoming 36-Month Retainer Contract. For The Technical Submission, The Agencies Will Be Required To Demonstrate: - In-Depth Understanding Of Abu Dhabi As Tourism Destination - Tourism Experience Along With Case Studies To Be Shared If Available (Office Specific, Not Network Work) - An Approach To Strategically Target Our Key Markets, And Native Language Capabilities - Experience With Global And Celebrity Based Integrated Campaigns - Strategy And Creative Concept For Each Of The Campaigns - Servicing, Creative And Strategy Team Overview And Bios - Slas And Ways Of Working, Including The Frequency And Method Of Collaboration With The SupplierS International Offices. The Appointed Agency Will Oversee All Aspects Of Campaigns, From Creative Brief Development, Creative Strategy, Ideation, Execution, Through To Dispatch Across All Touch Points. The Appointed Agency Will Be Working Closely With Our Existing Contracted Partners For Services Such As Hero Production, Celebrity Management, Pr, And So On, And Are Also Required To Support On Campaign Brand Books, Presentations, Reports, Determine Best Use Of Contracted Media Spaces At Events, And Partner Kits That Will Help Dct Brief & Onboard Partners & Sponsors, As Well As Preparing Interim And Post Reports.
