Tenders are invited for Supply of Ceramic Oil Lamp. Non-Refundable Fee Rs. 5,000.00 Bid Security Rs. 50,000.00 i. Bidders who have previous experience of at least Three (03) years in Supplying & Delivering of Gift Items in Sri Lanka. ii. Bidder shall have supplied 2,000 units of the said item at least in one order during last three years. iii. Bidders annual turnover should not be less than Two Million Rupees during last 03 years (The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence for all the above requirements). 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written request, to the Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, No.933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya from 20th February 2025 until 04th March 2025 from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of above mentioned for each document. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may request further information if any, from The Assistant General Manager (Marketing) on or before 05th March 2025. Pre Bid meeting will be held on 28th February 2025, 10.30 A.M. at Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, Head Office, No; 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya. 5. All Bids should be accompanied by Bid-Security (which is en-cashable unconditionally on demand) of above rupee value should be obtained from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka which should be valid up to 02nd July 2025. 6. Duly filled Bidding Documents, in sealed envelopes marked "Bid Name" and "Bid Number" on the top left-hand corner of the envelope should either be sent by Registered Post to the following addressed or deposited in the Tender Box kept at Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, Head Office, Ground Floor before 02.00 pm on 05th March 2025.
