In Addition to the above, a Refundable Bid Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 for Making the Outer Covering and 40 Nos. Sales Stalls and Rs. 5,000.00 for the Supply of Loudspeakers and Electrical Lighting, Printing Services have to be Deposited. A Refundable Deposit will not be Charged for Media Publicity (Electronic) Activities. Copy of the Business Registration Certificate, copy of the updated VAT Clearance Certificate issued by the Department of Inland Revenue if the prices are offered with VAT should be submitted with the quotation and it is mandatory that the quotation is submitted as per the form submitted with the application.
