Tenders are invited for Services on Hire Basis for the Textile Industry Trade Fair to be Held at the Bmich on 04th, 05th and 06th April 2025 Textile Industry Trade Fair -04th, 05th and 06th April 2025 Sealed bids are invited from qualified bidders for obtaining the following services on hire basis for the Textile Industry Trade Fair to be held at the BMICH on 04th, 05th and 06th April 2025. 1. Making the Outer Covering and making 44 sales stalls 2. Printing Works (Publicity Pandal / 04 Nos. Digital Printed Publicity Boards / 3000 Nos. Posters) 3. Obtaining the Loudspeakers and Electrical Lighting facilities 4. Electronic Media Publicity Activities A Non-Refundable Application Fee of Rs. 1,000.00 will be Charged Separately for each of the above Services. In Addition to the above, a Refundable Bid Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 for Making the Outer Covering and 40 Nos. Sales Stalls and Rs. 5,000.00 for the Supply of Loudspeakers and Electrical Lighting, Printing Services have to be Deposited. A Refundable Deposit will not be Charged for Media Publicity (Electronic) Activities. Copy of the Business Registration Certificate, copy of the updated VAT Clearance Certificate issued by the Department of Inland Revenue if the prices are offered with VAT should be submitted with the quotation and it is mandatory that the quotation is submitted as per the form submitted with the application.
