Construction Work - Regional Project For Developing Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Mureș County ”. Ms-Ld-Cl-G02-Extension Of Luduș Treatment Station. The Contract Involves The Design And Execution Of All The Objects Within The Treatment Line And The Annex Constructions, Described Below As The Subject Of The Construction Works Included In The Respective Contract. Within The Contract, The Following Works Will Be Performed: The Technological Flow Of The New Treatment Line, Presented In The Annexed Sheets, Will Include At Least The Following Treatment Steps: 1. Water Line: • Flocular-Coagulation For Predecessing, • Predecessing • Prexidation • Flocular-Coagulation For Decanting • Decanting • Sand Filtering Quartz • Ozonization • Active Coal Filter (Cag) • Disinfection With Chlorine Gas. 2.. 3.. The Sludge Processing Line Resulting From Predecessing And Decanting On Both Treatment Lines (Both On The New And Existing Treatment Line): • Homogenization And Storage, • Thickening, • Dehydration And Storage, • Supernatant Evacuation . 4. Construction Annex - Post -Transformation Post, Reserve Generator, Premises, Scada System And Related Data Networks - Fiber Optic, Enclosure (Roads, Platforms, Alleys, Vertical Systematization And Landscape). The Water Evacuated From The Washing Of The Filters Will Be Recovered And Inserted Into The Circuit, In The Coagulation Basin For The Decanters, And The Sludge Resulting From The Predecessor And Decanting Step Will Be Thickened, Dehydrated And Stored Temporarily. The Works Associated With The Treatment Line Will Include, As The Case May Be, The Following: • All Construction Works: Demolitions, Terraces, Resistance Structure, Architecture, Metal Garments (Supports, Caps, Access Platforms, Railings, Etc) Etc; • All Mechanical Works: Procurement And Installation Of Mechanical Equipment, The Necessary Hydro -Mechanical Installation (Pipes, Valves, Fittings), Lifting Installations Etc; • All Hvac Works (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, Air Conditioning); • All The Necessary Works For Electricity Supply, Automation And Control Of The Entire System Through The Scada System. The Requirement Of Measuring Instrumentation, Levels, Pressures, Will Be Provided To Carry Out The Control And Monitoring Of The Process. The Purpose Of The Works Includes But Is Not Limited To: - The Technical Project And The Execution Details - Including The Design Of The Technological Process And The Constructions, Installations And Equipment Related To The Technological Objects In The Treatment Station, According To The Requirements Described In The Cap. 2 The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; - Preparation Of The Documentation To Obtain All The Necessary Notices And Authorizations, From All The Authorities Mentioned In The Urbanism Certificate, According To The Legislation In Force In The Field Of Constructions In Romania. - The Execution Of The Works And The Commissioning Of The Objectives; - Training The Operators Staff And Drawing Up Operating Textbooks And Î Î
