The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Performance Of Works In The Field Of Modernization Of The Power Supply System And Research Apparatus Laboratory Of The Structure Of Energy -Electronic Converters, Including: 1) Preparation Of Project Documentation Constituting The Basis For The Implementation Of Works; 2) Dismantling Of Existing Power Supply And Research Equipment; 3) Supply Of Electrical And Energy Devices, Installation, Startup, Measurements; 4) Utilization Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: 1) The Execution Of The Contracting Authority On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Necessary For The Installation Of The Supplied Devices 2) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Arrangements Necessary To Perform The Contract 3) Exercising Author Supervision Over Project Documentation By The Designer During The Implementation Of Assembly Works; 4) The Employer Does Not Provide For The Need To Obtain A Building Permit For The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of The Research System. If The Scope Of The Construction Works Designed To Complete For The Implementation Of Construction Works, The Contractor Will Apply To The Architectural Administration Authority On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For A Building Permit.
