In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 4 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 5 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar.1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) 6 Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed vitrified tiles of colour standard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorption less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on wall and pillar) Size 600mm x 600mm 7 Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :Area of each slab 900 to 2000 sqcm 8 Providing & fixing door, window, chowkhats and other frames, including anti termite treatment, M.S. flat, hold fasts of size 250 x 40 x 3mm fixed with M.S. bolt 5mm dia 50mm long duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade : Sal wood 9 Providing and fixing fully panelled/partly panelled/ double leaf shutter frame for doors as per approved design and drawings with approved ordinary C.P./ oxidised steel fittings as per Annexure - "A" and width of styles & top rails of 100mm and lock rails width of 150mm and bottom rails of 200mm width including teak wood beading of size 19mm x 12mm on both faces complete : 35 mm thick 10 Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceramic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4). 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 12 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). 13 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. 14 Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. 15 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking. 2km lead 16 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall.15 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 17 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 18 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 19 Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete. 20 Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC Single socketed pipes rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.75 mm diameter 21 110 mm diameter 22 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank 23 Providing & Fixing in position, MS fabrication work using angles, sqr tubes, c channels etc for various partition frame as per Design & Instructions & Complete in all aspects . including all materials labour, finishing etc complete 24 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 25 Supply and fixing sign board upto 4.5 meter height made of the following specifications board base of A.C.P / transparent PVC acrylic sheet 3 mm thick fixed on MS hollow rectangular section size 50mmx25mm, letters made of acrylic material sheet 3 mm thick of any colour fixed with LED lights with all accessories and wiring with copper wire complete as required and as per direction in engineer in-charge. 26 Providing and Fixing Alumantum composite panel of approved make 3mm thick with 0.5mm thick skin & PVDF coated approved shade for wall panelling. Main framing work to be done using 50mmx25mmx1.6mm tubular section of approved make Stainless steel screw to be used to fix the ACP panel to be fixed to the main frame with industrial adhesive tape and panel groove to be sealed with weather proof silicon sealant suitable for glass aluminium etc complete in all respect as approved by Engmeer-in-charge 27 Part-B H-Schedule Art Painting work on walls situated different places of municipal area with three coat of water proof putty of approved brand after duly rubbing the surface to make the surface even & smooth the work include one cost of exterior primer coat of approved brand & three or more coat of exterior plastic emulsion of approved brand over the prepared surface, qove this rajasthani art painting work to be done as per direction & design pattern approved by engineer incharge. the work includes the cost of all centering & shuttering, scaffolding and cleaning the side properly after completion of work. the work also include the cost of all material man power, stencils. etc. required for art painting. 28 Part-CElectrical Item Providing & Fixing of BEE Star rated copper wounded double bal bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan Conforming to all the performance requirements laid down in 15 374:2019 including all amendments, as applicable; & Carry BIS licensing (i.e. Si marking) with down rod up to 80 cm with secondary support safety cable (steel rope), cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required.
