Re-wireable type TPN Main switch (CONFORMS: IS/IEC600947-1&3). (Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.) 5 100 Amp. 4 way Copper Busbar chamber box by 16 SWG sheet steel enclosure including porcelain chair etc.. (Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.) 6 Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (Make- H.Guru) 7 25 sq.mm 3.5 core 1.1KV PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium armored cable.(Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.) 8 Supply and fitting fixing of above itemandinstallation ofmain switch, busbar anddiffrentalliedworks at the site. 9 Making joints of the cable by supplying compression type gland thimple,socket etc.as per requirement and as per direction of EIC. 10 Makingearthing arrangement: 11 Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x4 SWG Gl (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x80 mm long Gl bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15mm dla Gl pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above groundlevel driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By lSl-Medium Gl pipe 12 Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earthelectrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep(below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6)of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm withlocking arrangement, Gl reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the Gl pipe 13 Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke forplate electrode. 14 Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with Gl saddles as required and connection to equipments incl.drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. 15 Supplying and fitting-fixing of earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) fVS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with Gl bolt,nuts,washers,spacing isolator set etc.as required Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr. 16 Supply, delivery and storage at siteof automatically controlled diaphragm type chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100 LPH and maximum pressure of 10Kg/CM2 with all accessories for pump & motor, foundation bolt, suction and discharge Flange and with storage tank of dosing solution of 100Ltr. Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P. 3 Phase, 1450 RPM squirrel cage TEFC induciton motor, Motor will be IE2/IE3 (Make of Machine : Swelore/Any other approved, Make of Motor : ABB / CGL /KEC / Any other approved make) 17 Installtion and commissioning of above supplied chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone chips] and neat cement finish by supplyig of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC [power will be feed from PLC Panel of pumping machinery] 18 Distribution wiring in 1.1KV. Grade, (2X1.5mm2) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (approved make) in suitable size PVC casing capping (Precision make) with (1.5 Sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulted & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, including necessary PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan point with piano key type switch (anchor make) fixed on pvc/sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/bakelite top cover on wall including necessary connections and making earthing attachment and mending good damages to building works. Dte.) 26 Bulkhead light fittings on wall (Make- Bajaj/ Havells/ approvedmake) 27 Supply and fitting fixing of Ceiling fan (Make: Usha /C.G / Havells/ approvedmake) 1200mm. sweep complete with rubber bush, nut, bolt etc. including supply and fixing 2×1/1.4 PVC copper wire for down rod with making necessary connection complete. 28 Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. LED light fixture set[Make: Philips (Type- BRP)/ Havells/ PHED approved make] with 40 mm dia x 2.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with M.S clamp properly grouting including making power connection with supply & drawing 2.5 sq. mm FR grade flexible copper wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), S&F of 15 amp switch with pvc board including electrical connection & testing complete as per direction of EIC. 29 Supply & delivery of moulded Chair as per directon of ElC. 30 Supply & delivery of moulded table as per directon of ElC. 31 Trial run as per departmental operation & guarding by engaging skilled operating personnel for 3 Months.[1 Operator at each pump house.]. 32 Add GST @ 18% 33 Add Cess @ 1%
