Portfolio Management Services-Administration And Management Services For The Investment Fund With Risk Capital And For The Implementation Of The Venture Capital Financial Instrument From The West Regional Program 2021-2027. The Bidder Declared The Winner Will Provide The Following Services: A. Will Be Responsible For Submitting A Financing Application, In The Itsmis2021/Smis2021+Computer System, Within The Project Call To Be Launched By The Management Authority (Am Pr West) For Regional Intervention Ir 1.3.E Financial Tools, Under The Conditions Of Accessing The Funds Provided For The Financing Applicant For Venture Capital Financial Instrument. B. Will Establish And Obtain The Authorization Or Registration Of The Alternative Investment Fund (Fia) In Romania Or In A Member State Of The European Union According To The Applicable National Legislation. At The E. Will Attract Funds From Independent Private Investors So That The Financing, At The Level Of The Supported Companies, Does Not Come Under The State Aid F. Will Implement The Venture Capital Financial Instrument: I. Will Identify Eligible Smes And Analyze Their Potential For Economic Viability; Ii. Will Carry Out The Financing Of Eligible Smes And Will Agree To Their Financing Conditions, In Accordance With The Investment Strategy And The Financing Agreement Agreed With Am West; Iii. Will Ensure The Monitoring And Control Of The Performance Of The Smes In Which Investments Were Made; Iv. Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Smes Financed In Order To Increase Their Performance And Implicitly Of The Administered Fund; V. Will Propose Solutions If The Development Of Smes In Which Investments Have Been Made Is Below Expectations; Vi. Will Provide Support To Smes For The Exit Of Investments (Exit), In Accordance With The Investment Strategy, The Output Strategy, The Financing Agreement; Vii. Will Distribute The Amounts Reimbursed From Investments To Investors; Viii. Will Organize The Liquidation Of The Fund After The Expiration Of The Specified Term, With The Care Of A Good Trader (Ie In An Organized And Responsible Way), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Financing Agreement; Ix. Will Support The Development Of A Business Environment Based On Investment Through Risk Capital That Will Allow The Development Of Entrepreneurship In The Western Region, Networking And Exchange Of Ideas, Constant Access Of Smes To Relevant Information And Strategic Partnerships. G. Will Carry Out The Time Reporting Activity, According To The Requirements Of The Financing Agreement; H. Will Ensure The Advertising, Information And Communication Necessary Regarding The Activity Of The Venture Capital Financial Instrument. The Way Of Administering The Activity Of The Fund Will Be Agreed By Concluding A Financing Agreement. The Conclusion Of The Financing Agreement Will Be Made After The Submission And Acceptance Of The Financing Request Through The Electronic System Mysmis202/Smis2021+. The Financing Agreement Will Be Concluded In Accordance With The Romanian Legislation And In Romanian. The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Ensure A Good Car Collaboration
