1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Surface With Hot Mass On Selected Sections Of Poviat Roads In The Zielona Góra Poviat In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Detailed Technical Specifications. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 2.1. Modernization Of Asphalt Bituminous Surfaces, Hot -Asphalt Mineral And Asphalt Mixtures With Surface Milling, With Manual Edge Cutting, Supplementing The Foundation With Crushed Stone And Loading And Transport Of Destruct With Utilization, 2.2. Surface Consolidation Of Bituminous Surfaces. 3. Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Must Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, With The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended), Others Laws, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Norms, From The Point Of View Of The Purpose They Are To Serve. 4. In Order To Carry Out The Task, The Contractor Is To Develop A Marking Project For The Time Of Performing Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784) On Detailed Traffic Management Conditions On The Roads And Supervision Over It Ordinance And Agree With The Competent Authorities. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have An Expert Knowledge Of The Polish Language. In The Event That The Abovementioned Persons Will Not Have An Expert Knowledge Of The Polish Language For The Period And For The Purposes Of Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Translator At Their Own Expense And With His Own Efforts. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz And Detailed Technical Specifications (Annex 3A To Swz)
