1. The Subject Of The Contract Covered By This Procedure Is Comprehensive Delivery Of Natural Gas To Buildings And Premises Of The District Court In Wałbrzych In The Period Of 18 Months, And Its Detailed Description Contains The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Opz), Which Is Annex 1 To This Swz.2. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement. 3. The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place In Accordance With The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuel As Well As The Quality And Reliability Of Gas Fuel Supplies Specified In The Energy Regulatory Office Of The Energy Regulatory Office Of Movement Instructions And Operation Of The Distribution System Distribution System Distribution System. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Qualitative Service Standards For The Employer In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law In Force In This Respect, In Particular With Chapter 8 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Gas System Functioning (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2018.1158 ) Regarding The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels, Quality Standards For Recipient Service And How To Deal With Complaints. The Contractor Should Ensure Continuity Of Deliveries Without Any Breaks In Deliveries And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing The Continuity Of Supply. 6. The Contractor Will State The Applicable Contracts To The Existing Contractors To Enable The Signing Of New Contracts, If Necessary. The Condition For Starting Deliveries Within The Indicated Period Is The Effective Expiry Of The Applicable Contracts And The Effective Conduct Of The Seller To Change The Procedure - If It Concerns. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Formulate A Statement In The Field Of Excise Tax. The Contracting Authority Will Accept The Template For Excise Duty Presented By The Contractor.
