Swz. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Offer Must Include The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Provided For In Swz. The Order Awarded In This Procedure Constitutes One Functional Whole And Includes Services Provided In The Buildings Of The Zamrzenica Forest District Office Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Buildings Of The Office Building And The Hunting Headquarters In Zamrzenica. The Division Of The Order Into Parts And Coordination Of Many Contractors Performing The Subject Of The Contract Would Lead To Significant Difficulties In The Efficient Organization Of Benefits Carried Out By The Contractor, Would Cause Downtime And, As A Consequence, Would Reduce The Efficiency Of Services Rendered.
