1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Strategic Document Entitled: Development Strategy For The Police Commune For 2025-2035. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 Of This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz) Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Development Of The Communes Development Strategy Along With The Functional And Spatial Structure Model, Necessary Diagnoses And Analyzes To Be Expert Material. The Obligatory Elements Of The Strategy Must Be, Among Others: The Model Of Functional And Spatial Structure And The Arrangements And Recommendations In The Field Of Spatial Policy For The Entire Functional Area. The Strategy Is To Be An Integrated Management Tool And Ensure Spatial Coordination Of Activities Planned In Jst In Harmony With Sustainable Development And Spatial Order. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Consistent With The Voivodship Development Strategy And Supra -Local Development Strategy And Be In Line With Applicable Law, Including In Particular The Following Documents: A) The Act Of 8 March 1990 On Municipal Self -Government (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 2024 Item .
