1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works By The Contractor Consisting Of Expansion Along With The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Poviat School Of Schools In Kłanin For A System Elevator In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Available Schools In The Puck And Gdańsk Poviat As Part Of The European Funds Program For Pomerania 2021-2027 (Fep 2021-2027). 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Construction Of A Passenger Crane With An Independent Steel Structure Should Be Made, Which Will Serve The School Building In Terms Of Adapting To The Needs Of Disabled People. The Elevator Shaft Should Be Placed On A Reinforced Concrete Pit, Shaft Structure - Steel According To A Technical Design, Enclosed With Safe Glass. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Para. 1, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) The Implementation Of The Rb In The Building, As Well As To Make All Formalities Enabling The Use Of A Building Created As A Result Of The Performance Of The Abovementioned Construction Works; 2) Execution And Delivery Of A Collaudation Report Together With The Transfer Of Property Rights To The Contracting Authority, The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Proprietary Rights To The Collapse, Ownership Of Copies/Media On Which The Report Was Saved; 3) Grant Quality Guarantees And Warranty For Flaws, Including The Operation Of Devices, Along With The Implementation Of Warranty Inspections. 4. A Detailed Description And The Terms And Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
