1. The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract Are The Maintenance Services In Proper Technical Condition And Aesthetic Facilities And Devices Of Small Architecture In The City Of Bełchatów Consisting In Maintaining Cleanliness, Ongoing Maintenance, Performing Repairs And Cyclical Controls ( Regular And Functional). A Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Under This Order: 1) And A Group Of Works Include The Ongoing Maintenance Of Small Architecture Facilities And Equipment Located In The City Of Bełchatów In Proper Technical And Aesthetic Condition. These Works Belong To The Work That Lasts Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract And Has Been Covered By A Monthly Flat Rate. 2) Under The Second Group Of Work - Commissioned Work, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Works On The Basis Of Unit Orders Of The Employer, Determining The Scope Of Work That Will Be Covered By The Settlement On The Basis Of Unit Rates In Accordance With The Price Form Submitted By The Contractor.
