Maintaining The Cleanliness And Order Of The Areas Belonging To The Property That Is The Company Of The Company With Winter Maintenance, In Accordance With Annex 9 To Swz, 3) The Service Includes Cleaning Of Housing Communities Buildings Together With Belonging Areas Managed By The Managed Translator Of Urban Buildings In Cieszyn Sp.Z O.O. According To Annex 10 To Swz, 4) The Service Includes Cleaning The Buildings Of Housing Communities Along With The Winter Maintenance Of Belonging Areas, 5) The Service Also Includes Maintaining The Cleanliness And Order Of Positions Where The Containers For The Waste And Segregated And Green Areas Are Located And The Belonging Of The Property, 6) The Service Referred To In Point 1 Also Includes: A) Replacement Of Bulbs, Filaments Or Fluorescent Lamps In The Corridors, Staircases, Basements, Attics, B) Making Keys To Entrances To Buildings, Basements And Attics For People Cleaning Buildings. C) Removal Of Fallen Rodents And Other Animals From Areas Administered By The Contracting Authority.
