Electrical Machinery, Apparatus, Equipment And Consumables; Lighting - Electric Cars Charging Stations And Their Operational Services. The Acquisition Focuses On Electric Cars Charging Stations And Their Operational Services. The Charging Stations Are Located In Real Estate Owned Or Managed By The City Of Kuopio In The Kuopio City Area. The Charging Station Will Be Acquired By The City Of Kuopio At A One -Time Fee. The Charging Station Delivery Includes A Charging Station Installed In A Ready -To -Use Installation Site Designated By The Customer. Charging Stations Are Required To Have A Five (5) Year Warranty. Charging Stations Are Connected To Remote Control And Control Of The Supplier. Charging Stations Operating Services Include Telecommunications Connections To Charging Stations, Control And Maintenance Of Charging Stations, Distribution Of Possible Software Updates, User Identification, Access Control, User Mobile Application For Ios And Android, Maintenance And Defect, Customer Service For Users And Subscribers. The Planned Contract Period For The Acquisition Is 16.4.2025 - 15.4.2029. After A Fixed -Term Contract Period, The Contract Will Continue Automatically For An Indefinite Period Of Six (6) Months Of Notice. If The Contract Is To Be Terminated At The End Of The Fixed -Term Contract Period, The Contract Must Be Terminated By 15.10.2028. The Estimated Acquisition Amount For Charging Stations Is 150 During The Fixed -Term Contract Period. The Reported Acquisition Amount Is An Estimate And The Subscriber Does Not Commit To It. All Equipment To Be Purchased Is Connected To The Suppliers Operational Service. The City Of Kuopio Has About One Hundred Previously Purchased Electric Cars Charging Points. Existing Charging Points Will Be Connected To The Suppliers Operational Service Separately If It Is Administratively, Technically Or Economically Possible And Justified. The Acquisition Is Further Described In The Appendices To The Invitation To Tender.
