Prior Information Notice For Cleaning Services-Providing The Cleaning Service Of Laboratory, Office And Social Rooms Of The Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus Of The Central Office Of Measures In Kielce And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of External Areas Adjacent To Buildings Along With The Care Of Green Areas In 2025-2026.. All Rooms Of The Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus Of The Central Office Of Measures Located At Ul. Wrzosowa 46 In Kielce (25-211). The Area Of Individual Rooms Covered By The Service Is: 1. Office Area - Pavement: Concrete, Carpet, Rug - 960.84 M2; 2. The Area Of Conference And Didactic Rooms - Concrete, Terracotta, Tiles, Lasting - 409.29 M2; 3. Laboratory Area - Surface: Pvc Floor Covering, Terracotta, Tiles - 2 555.32 M2; 4. The Area Of Communication Routes (Corridors, Staircases, Footbridges, Elevators) - Pavement: Concrete, Terracotta, Tiles, Lasting - 2,457.23 M2; 5. Auxiliary Surface (Warehouse, Technical, Etc.) - Surface: Concrete, Tiles, Lastrinth - 1 507.13 M2; 6. Garages - Pavement: Concrete, Terracotta, Tiles, Lastrinth - 145.60 M2; 7. Sanitary And Social Rooms - Area: Terracotta, Tiles - 529.58 M2; 8. Outdoor Surfaces: A) Parking Lots - Pavement: Cobblestones - 1 064.00 M2, B) Access - Surface: Concrete Slabs (Prefabricated), Hardened Commuting - Asphalt Surface - 7 534.30 M2. 9. Cleaning Service In Office, Conference, Didactic, Laboratory And Surfaces Of Communication Routes Consists In, Among Others: A) Vacuuming And Washing Floors, In Accordance With The Technology Appropriate To A Given Surface; B) Emptying Garbage Containers While Maintaining Segregation, Shredders, Replacement Of Plastic Bags, Removing Impurities To Designated Places And Taking Care Of Cleanliness In These Places; C) Wiping Dust And Washing Of Objects Found In Cleaned Rooms, Including Furniture, Office Lamps, Radiators, Garbage Bins, Window Sills, Doors, Etc. With Washers And Observations, Wiping And Degreasing Phone Headphones. D) Washing The Internal Glazing Of The Building, E) Internal And External Cleaning Of Windows. 10. Mechanical Cleaning Of Substrates On The Outside Of Buildings. The Contractor, After Agreeing With The Contracting Authority, Will Perform The Service Of Mechanical Cleaning Of Substrates Outside The Buildings (Including Atmospheric Dirt: Dust, Dirt From Lichen, Mosses, Mold, Fungi, Oil, Glue, Glue And Cement Mortars, Animal Excrements And People ). 11. Maintenance Of Green Surfaces (Lawns And Flower Beds) - Work On The Care Of Greenery. The Contractor Will Perform The Service (Throughout The Year/Period Of The Contract) Consisting Of: A) Keeping Clean (Removal Of Garbage And Other Impurities) From The Green Surface (Lawns); B) Care Of Green Areas; As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Provide Its Own Plant Protection Products And Own Equipment; B) Perform The Service Through Trained People In The Field Of Health And Safety And Mr. C) To Remove Green Waste From The Ordering Area By Its Own Transport.
