Administration Software Package - Purchase Licenses For Software Solutions That Will Contribute To Digitization Within The Project Development Of Relevant And Necessary It Infrastructure, Services And Equipment, Prahova County In Order To Transform Local And Regional Tic Connectivity.. 1. Digitalization Platform; Enrollment Platform Payments For All Types Of Payments (Both Tax And Non -Fiscal) Online Documents Petitions /Notifications Local Official Monitor Mobile Mode Hard Traffic Mode 2. Cadastre Application 3. Registration /Document Management With Electronic Archive 4 . Electronic Rarhiving And Retrodigitalization Services Including Document Management 5. Inventory The Public And Private Heritage Of The Uat-A Applications Software And Inventory Services With Gis Solutions 6. Software Solutions For Monitoring/Implementing The Objectives/Investment Projects Suspension Clause: “The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement Contract Is Initiated Under This Suspensive Clause, In Meaning That The Issuance Of The Supply Order Is Conditioned To Sign The Contract Of Financing, Respectively By The Allocation Of The Budget Credits With This Destination, And The Issuance Of The Order To Start The Supply, Being Compliance With The Provisions Regarding The Employment Of The Budgets That Fall Under The Legislation On Public Finances. Considering The Provisions Of Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement And H.G. No. 395/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, The Contracting Authority Specifies That It Will Issue The Order To Start The Supply To The Declared Winner Only Insofar As The Funds Necessary For This Stage Will Be Ensured By Allocating The Budget Credits With This Destination. If, For Whatever Reasons, The Budget Credits Will Not Be Allocated, For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Approval Of The Procedure Report, The Contract Will Be Canceled, Under The Conditions In Which There Is No Other Source Of Financing, In Accordance With With The Provisions Of Art.212 Paragraph (1) Letter C) Thesis 2 Of Law 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, Being Impossible To Conclude The Public Procurement Contract. The Bidders Within This Procedure Understand That The Contracting Authority Cannot Be Considered Responsible For Any Injury In Case Of Cancellation Of The Contract, Regardless Of Its Nature And Regardless Of Whether The Contracting Authority Has Been Notified Of The Existence Of Such A Damage. The Bidders Within This Procedure Accept The Use Of The Special Conditions Above/Suspensive Clause, Assuming Their Full Responsibility In Relation To The Possible Damages They Could Suffer In The Situation Described. The Maximum Period For Which The Suspensive Clause Operates Is 12 Months, So That, If The Condition Of Signing The Financing Contract Is Not Fulfilled, The Award Procedure Is Canceled.
