The Subject Of The Public Contract (Works) Is Supplies And Construction Work In The Framework Of The Repairs Of Potholes On The Road Iii/2421 In The Cadastre Of Roztoky U Prahy. These Are Selected Sections Throughout This Road From The South To The Western Border Of The Village. Selectively The Worst Damaged Sections Will Be Repaired In The Total Range According To Annex 3 Of This Tender Documentation. The Surfaces Will Be Carried Out By The Way To Mil The Existing Asphalt Surface And Lay New Layers Of Obscure Asphalt Concrete. The Selection Of Repaired Sections Will Be Made According To The Current State Of Damage At The Start Of Repairs, With The Largest Areas Of Individual Repaired Sections. An Integral Part Of The Contract Is The Removal And Environmental Disposal Of Construction Waste. Road Iii/2421 Is Relatively Frequent And Three Bus Lines Are Operated. The Closure Of The Road During Repairs Is Out Of The Question And The Restriction Of Operations Must Be Absolutely Minimized. The Contract Also Includes The Preparation Of The Relevant Dio In Connection With The Repair Schedule Approved By The Relevant Di Pčr And The Ksús Sk. The Contracting Authority Places The Condition That The Contractor Purchases From The Contracting Authority 2 (Ksús Sk) Asphalt Recycled Recycled At The Price Of Unnecessary Supplies Ksús Sk, Ie 70 Czk/T Without Vat. In Terms Of Environmental Protection In Construction, It Is Necessary To Pay Particular Attention To The Protection Of Cultural Greenery Against Damage To Construction Activities. In This Area, Compliance With Protection Principles, Which Is The Sum Of Annex 5 Of This Tender Documentation, Is Necessary. Both Contracting Authorities Will Participate In The Event Financially In The Proportion Given In Article 5 Of This Zd And Annex 3 And Have A Requirement Of Separate Billing. The Total Value Of The Contract, According To Article 5 Of This Tender Documentation (Zd), Is A Fixed And Unsurchargeable Amount For Which The Participant Is Obliged To Implement The Contract. The Competition Parameter Is The Number Of Square Meters Of The Bituminous Surface, Which The Participant Repair For The Fixed Amount. Repair Of Potholes Is Required By Milling The Existing Surface To Hl. 40 Mm, Stamping, Cutting Of Edges, Cleaning, Grinding And Laying Aco 11 In A Thickness Of 40 Mm By Machine. Subsequently, It Will Be Cut And Poured With Asphalt Dressing.
