The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Design And Processing Of Nationwide Pyrotechnic Survey And Subsequent Supervision As A Complex Of Geophysical And Pyrotechnic Methods, Including Mutual Verification Of Found Non -Homogeneity For Construction: Relocation Of Road Ii/443 - Bypass Otic. For Reconnaissance Work, A Depth Pyrotechnic Survey (Magnetometry), Incl. Measurement, Processing Of Results And Pyrotechnic Verification Of Anomalies. The Contract Will Be Ensured By The Supervision Of Pyrotechnics In The Implementation Of Earth And Excavation Works Within The Construction Of The Building Itself In Places Where The Results Of Magnetometric Measurements Are Not Relevant Due To Strong Soil Contamination (Eg By A Vice) Or Because Of The Presence Of Utilities And Existing Roads. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure At Its Own Expense The Issue Of All Necessary Permits, Notifications And Consent Of The Entities Concerned Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Work According To The Relevant Legal Regulations. When Implementing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Proceed In Accordance With Binding Legislation So That There Is No Danger To The Safety And Health At Work, Pollution Or Damage To The Environment Or Threatening Or Damage To Historically Valuable Elements. Possible Penalties By State Administration Bodies For Non -Compliance With Binding Regulations In The Implementation Of The Work Go To The Expense Of The Work And At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Work Includes In Particular The Following Activities: I. Methodology And Extent Of Exploration Work • Before Starting Work, The Contractor Shall Submit The Technological Procedure Of The Pyrotechnic Survey Approved By The Police Of The Czech Republic. Before Starting Work, All Particulars Stipulated By Related Legal Regulations Must Also Be Met. • The Locations Of The Measuring Profiles And The Edges Of The Construction Will Be Geodetically Criticized Before Carrying Out The Work - The Survey Contractor Will Ensure.
