The Project Includes The Renovation Of Our Two Real Estate Auto Yards In Oulu At Aleksanterinkatu 44 And Puistokatu 16. Aleksanterinkatu 44 At Addition To The Auto Yard, Rainwater Systems, Other Yard And Green Areas, Playgrounds And Walkways Are Renovated. Two Existing Waste Stations Will Be Moved, Renovated And Located In A New Location, And The Old Land Boundary Fences Will Be Renovated. Load Structures Will Be Renewed In The Planned Yard Corridor And Ap Areas. The Surfaces Of The Green Areas And Play Yards Will Be Renewed. Plantings, Play Equipment And Yard Equipment Will Be Renewed To The Plan. The Existing Rainwater System Is Supplemented By New Guts. In The Case Of The Car Yard, The Piping And Wells Will Be Renewed And The Rainwater System Will Be Supplemented With Delay Structures And Pumping Station. The Construction Contractor Works As The Main Contractor In The Project. As A Subordinate Side Contract, The Developer Carries Out Electrical Work According To A Separate Plan. The General Contractor Is Responsible For The Excavation And Coverage Required To Perform Electrical Work.
