Road Transport Services-Transportation Of Library Materials 2025-2027. The Invitation To Tender Applies To The Transportation Of Library Materials And Its Delivery Services Between Helle Libraries In Accordance With The Contract Notice And Its Annexes. The City Of Porvoo And The Municipality Of Askola, The City Of Hanko, The Municipality Of Hanko, The Municipality Of Lapini, The Municipality Of Loviisa, The Municipality Of Pukkila, The Municipality Of Pukkila, The City Of Raseborg And The Municipality Of Siuntio, The Municipality Of Pukkila, The Municipality Of Pukkila, The Municipality Of Pukkila And The Municipality Of Siuntio. The Helle Libraries Include Libraries Of Askola, Hanko, Inkoo, Lapinjärvi, Lapinisa, Porvoo, Pukkila, Pukkila, Raseborg, Sipoo And Siuntio. There Are A Total Of 20 Locations In The Transport. The Offices, Their Contact Information And The Drops Are Indicated In Annex 1. Transportation Is Performed 1-5 Times A Week. Smaller Libraries Visit 1-2 Times A Week And In The Largest 3-5 Times A Week (See Drop Of Offers/Pick-Ups From Appendix 1 Of The Invitation To Tender). Planning And Scheduling The Routes Is Responsible For The Tenderer. Transportation Includes Loading And Dismantling The Material To Be Transported In Sites Defined By The Subscriber In Accordance With The Contract. The Contract Period Is 1.6.2025 - 31.5.2027. If The Subscriber Does Not Change The Head, The Contract Will Continue As Valid For Indefinite 1 June 2027. The Contract Period, For An Indefinite Period, Follows The Mutual Notice Period Of Six (6) Months.
