Completion Of A Framework Agreement On The Leasing Of Company Bicycles And Leased Accessories By The Security Company At Munich Airport Mbh (Sgm) With Provision To The Authorized Employees Of The Sgm At Their Request For Official And Private Use For A Period Of 36 Months. To Be Concluded Between The Client As A Lessee And The Contractor, A Correspondingly Expert And Powerful Service Provider, Including A Lessor As A Financing Partner, Who Are Jointly Responsible For Contractors Of The Framework Agreement And For The Provision Of Services With The Respective Performance Shares. Leasing Includes Associated Insurance, Service And Additional Services, Implementation Services And Services For Accident Management. The Total Value Per Bike Including Leased Accessories, Insurance, Service And Additional Services Is Between Eur 750.00 Gross And Eur 7,000.00 Gross. The Handling Must Be Carried Out Via An Online Platform Of The Contractor/Service Provider, Whereby The Clerk Who Uses The Platform Must Be Trained In The Application In Good Time Before The Start Of The Framework Agreement (Planned In Kw 21/2025). The Dealer Network Must At Least Include: Within A Radius Of 100 Km Starting From The Seat Of The Client (Munich Airport) At Least 100 Different Bicycle Dealers Or Branches With A Year -Round Workshop Service. The Product Range Must Be A Wide Selection Of Common, Market-Customary Bicycles, Different Bicycle Types (E.G. City-Bike, Mountain-Bike, Trekking Bike, Cargo Bike, Racing Bike, Lying Bike, Pedelec) And Variety Of Manufacturers/Bicycle Brands In All Price Segments As Well As Accessories And// Or Individual Components (E.G. Disc Brakes, Certain Gear Switching, Saddle). The Individual Ascendic Contracts Are Concluded On Demand, The Financing Through Deferred Compensation. According To A Survey Carried Out, The Client Estimates The Number Of Single -Wing Asin As A Single -In -Law Contracts To Be Concluded At 200 (Max. 500).
