Tender For Road, Wall Construction Work In Villa Scheme Of Bida. - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with ALL lead As per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305. 2 Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thicknessand consolidation by 8-10 tonne power rollerto required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MORTH specification table 400-1, 400-2 : For grading-I with CBR value not less than 30. to attain 100% proctor density. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 4 Flooring with Cobble stone of approx. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 21 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand). 22 Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 75mm thick. 23 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 24 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including rackingofjointsetc. complete fine finish : 20 mm thick 25 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shadetogive an even shade including all scaffolding:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). 26 Collecting Gemoetric Topographic, structures, land mark features using total station taking levels bearings at suitable interval of the work covers the details of existing features such as location of structures, electric poles, telephone poles, trees, compound wall, building, shops, HT lines, OFC and preparation of land plan, L-Section, cross section and detailing of the adjoining properties superimposing on the revenue map, calculation of areas of khasra, marking of proposed, existing levels and H.F.L. calculation of earth work including supply of hard & soft copy of all the details as per direction and approval of the Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.
