( Note :(i) Only front facing area of cabinet will be measured for payment. ( Make :First quality of Sleek/ Ebco/ Dolin) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for 18mm thick Marine plywood, water proof, termite & Borer proof, corrosion free with Decorative laminate 1mm thick both side for cupboard shutter, self, Drawer, including auto closing hingesall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 S&F stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1mm thick sheet kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers including beding lime cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets fixed to walland connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160mm including waste coupling 40 mm and waste pipecomplete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling tiles including CM bedding (but not backing) and disposing the rubbish off the premises as directed 8 Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including provision of CM screed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including provision of backing coat 10 mm thick in CM (1:4). 10 M&L for Grating square 150 mm size of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms) with waste hole of PTMT. (Minimum weight 40gms) 11 Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry/Pre-cast cement conrete block built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge 13 M&L for rendering 10mm thick on brick or concret wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall (plastered or unplastered) including cornices and applying two coat of distember oil emulsion over a coat of primer including 1.5 to 2 mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Taking down chowkat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed 16 Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wallthickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead /double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremeshshall be paid separately)Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profilesminus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. 17 M&L for preperation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 18 S&F in repair 15mmCP Brass Sink Cock with Regular Swinging Spout (Wall Mounted Model) With Wall Flange complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make : Jaquar Cart Part No.FLR-5347N or equivalent make of Hindware/Cera 19 M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3complete all as specified and as directed.
