built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc all as specified and as directed. 6 Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Taking down chowkats / frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n. exc 1.5 Sqm each (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm and n.exc 18 Sqm in flooretc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) 15mm thick for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including10mm thick in cement mortar(1:4) in dado/skirting tiles complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material & Labour for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished)
