Tender For Construction Of Rain Water Harvesting At Office Building Npp Powayan - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavatior) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. 2 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 garded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of from work, in foundation and floors. 3 M-150 brick work in 1:4 (one cement and six coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 4 R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1:5:3 in slab and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials. labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20 5 P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shgall be measured upto floor two level. 6 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 4 coarse sand 7 Providing M.S. foot rests including fixing in manoholes with 20x20x10 cm cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) as per standard design. 8 Providing and fixing in position precast RCC manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality 9 Boring/Drilling bore well of required dia for casing /strainer pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS : 2800(part 1), including collecting samples from different strata prepraing and submitting stratachart/bore log includinghire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of engineer- incharge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. Drilling of 300mm dia bore hole. 10 Supplying, assembling lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs conforming to IS 12818 including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 11 Supplying, filing, spreading & leveling stone boulders ofsize range 5 cm to 20 cm in recharge pit, in the requried thickness for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineers-in-charge 12 Supplying, filing, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 13 Supplying, filing, spreading & leveling coarase sand ofsize range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in the recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 14 Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/medium/coarse, in required grading & size as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 15 Constructing brick massonary manhole with 75 class designation F.P.S bricks in cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C top slab with 1:2: mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:4:6 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standarddesign 16 Excavating trenches in all kind of soil required width for pipes, cables etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 105 m. including getting out the excavated soil & then returning the soil as required, Inlayers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc & disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. 17 Providing, laying and joining glazed stone ware pipes grade "A" stiff mixture of cement mortor in the propotion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. 18 Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) upto haunches of S.W. Pipes including bed concrete as per standard design. 19 Constructing brick masonry chamber 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside with F.P.S. brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for Sluice Valve/ Air Valve, with C.l. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab with 1:2:4mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) : necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10(1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. 20 Add G.S.T @ 18%
