Tenders are invited for Renovation of Spaces - Housing Association of Jamaica (HAJ) Building. SITE VISITS A Bidders Conference shall be held via the Zoom platform on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Site visit is strongly recommended and is scheduled as follows: Lot Housing Association of Jamaica (HAJ) Building - Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents via the GOJse-GP Procurement system at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on February 3, 2025. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the GOJs e-GP Procurement system at https://www.gojep.gov.jm no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Febraury 28, 2025. Tender opening will be done electronically on the same day at 2:15 p.m. An online bid opening report will be sent to all Bidders who submit a proposal. A bid security will not be required. The OPM reserves the right to terminate the procurement process and reject all submissions at any time prior to the award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any of the bidders.
