Tenders are invited for Renovation of Spaces Housing Association of Jamaica (HAJ) Building. Eligibility The Successful Bidder, at the Time of Contract Award. must possess a valid Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) and be registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the Building Construction category-Minimum Grade 2. NB: Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to commence the registration processes during the tender period to minimize delays with contract execution upon receiving contract award notification A Bidders Conference shall be held via the Zoom platform on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 10:00 am. Site visit is strongly recommended and is scheduled as follows: Lot Housing Association of Jamaica (HAJ) Building Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 10:00 am.
