The Contractor Should Make The Appropriate Workshop Drawings For The Proper Performance And Assembly Of Structures, Steps And Resting Stairs It Should Be Made As Systemic And Presented For Approval By The Investor During The Investment, Steel Structures Should Be Secured By Fire Galvanizing And Powder Painting, C2 Corrosion Class And The Durability Of The Paint Coating Of A Minimum Of 20 Years. It Is Allowed To Replace Wooden Tower Elements Into Parameters Not Worse Than In The Documentation, Wood Impregnation Should Be Done By Oiling. The Roof Should Be Made Of Sheet Metal. Access To The Tower Should Be Made Of Granite Cubes That Will Connect To The Existing One. The Scope Of Demolition Of The Tower Together With The Foundations Described In The Design Documentation Has Already Been Made. After Completing Construction Works, The Contractor Will Draw Up And Submit To The Employer As -Built Cost Estimate. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: - Design Documentation Annex 3 Swz And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 4 Swz.Bos Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law And Construction Art. The Provider May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Contract. The Contractor, Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors, Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Before Completing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, If The Names And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In Such Construction Works Are Known. The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party Of Any Changes To The Above Data, During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides The Required Information About New Subcontractors, Who At A Later Time Intends To Entrust The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform And Submit To The Contracting Authority For Approval, At The Latest On The Day The Contract Is Signed At The Latest , Material-Financial Schedule Proper Performance Of This Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Guarantee Of Quality For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 36 Months.
