The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery By The Contractor, Łcr Marches Of A Factory New Forklift, Specified And Described By The Documents Of The Order (Hereinafter: Stroller Or Machine). 2. The Order Includes: 1) The Contractors Implementation Of All Actions That Will Lead To The Provision Of A Stroller Marks That Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents In Particular Opz And Ppu (The Contractor Does Not Have To Be A Producer Or The Official Distributor [Dealer] Of The Cart),, 2) Providing A Stroller Marks By The Contractor, Łcr, Which Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Documents Of The Contract, In Particular Opz And Ppu, 3) Transfer To Łcr Marks Of The Ownership Of The Trolley At The Time Of Signing The Delivery Report Without Comments, But No Later Than By The Day The Designated Para. 1 Ppu, 4) Implementation Of Warranty And Service Obligations, 5) The Implementation Of Other Obligations Specified In The Documents Of The Contract.
