The Public Procurement Includes: 1. Making A Diagnosis Of A Reported Problem In Order To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The System And Modules; 2. Removal Of Defects Found In Software Modules; 3. Consultation To Resolve Problems On The Configuration Of The Environment Used By The Application, Including Changes In The Configuration Of Software Infrastructure At The Site Of The Installation; 4. Recovery Of The System And Data In The Event Of A Collapse Of The System, As Well As Their Correction As A Result Of System Errors; 5. Expert Support For Users Of The Software By Telephone And E -Mail Within Working Hours; 6. Performing Periodic Prevention Of Zaisdo, At Least Once Every 3 Months; 7. Update Of The System Documentation As A Result Of Actions Taken Within The Maintenance And Submission To The Contracting Authority.
