New Water And Sewage System,  White Assembly. 3 Technical Covering: Project, Number Of Works And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For The Contractor And Does Not Release The Flat -Rate Offer Price From The Other Documentation And Possibly Local Vision From The Calculation Of The Flat -Rate Offer.
