The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation In The Design And Build System Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of The Bicycle Route To The Załęczański Landscape Park At The 4523E Poviat Road From The Town Of Ruda To The Town Of Kamion Co-Financed From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program Of The European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 . In The Scope Of The Planned Project, It Is The Implementation Of The Project And Support Of The Employer In Obtaining Relevant Administrative Decisions, And Then The Implementation Of The Construction Intention In Accordance With The Developed Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Development Of Project Documentation Of The Road Industry: Preparatory Works, Obtaining The Reviews Required By Law, Arrangements, Conditions, Developing The Concept, Developing A Contracting Project, Obtaining Relevant Permits (Application/Building Permit), Execution Of Construction Works. The Scope Of Works Expected To Be Completed: D.C. Design On A 1: 500 Scale, Execution Of Project Documentation With Obtaining A Document Entitling To Carry Out Works, Making Demolition Of Existing Elements Such As: Conventions, Bus Bay And Other Colliding With Designed Elements, Liquidation/Backfilling Of Open Ditches, Making Dehydration Elements And Blinding Of Culverts, Execution French Drainage And Sipping And Flowing Drainage Under The Designed Side Of The Road, The Edge Of The Edge And Curbs, Making A Retaining Wall, Making A Bicycle Path Structure With Reinforcements Under Downhill, Making A Bituminous Surface Of The Bicycle Path, Bus Platforms, Road Construction, Recreational Shelter Along With Curing The Terrain, Vertical And Horizontal Marking And Horizontal Markings And Energy -Absorbing Barriers, Execution Of Lighting For Pedestrians And Bicycle Rides.
