1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renewal Of Horizontal Marking And A New Horizontal Marking Of The Leszno Poviat Road. 2. Approximate (Estimated) Scope Of Works For Execution Was Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate Attached To Swz. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Task Scope Of Up To 15% In Accordance With Art. 455 Para. 2 Pzp. 3. Renewal Of A Level Of Levels Of Thin -Layer Will Consist In The Performance Of Solvent Acrylic Paint Painting After Existing Marking In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Technical Specifications. Detailed Locations Of The Horizontal Marking Renewal And The Final Scope Of Works Will Be Agreed With The Selected Contractor By The Contracting Authority, After Signing The Contract. 4. Renewal Horizontal Marking Will Consist In The Performance Of Solvent Acrylic Paints In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Technical Specifications After Existing Marking. They Should Be Made Of Red Reflective Chemosonal Masses, With The Right Thickness Of The Coating. A Detailed Location Of The Horizontal Marking And The Final Ranges Of Works Will Be Agreed With The Selected Contractor By The Contracting Authority, After Signing The Contract. The Contractor Will Carry Out Robots In The Road Lane With Their Proper Marking On Their Own And At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5. New Marking, They Should Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Technical Specifications. 6. It Is Allowed To Carry Out Works At Night. 7. In The Event Of Interruption Of Works Due To The Contractors Fault (I.E., Among Others, Incorrect Marking Of The Place Of Works, Works With Improper Care), The Provisions Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.8, Will Be Used. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Damages Resulting During The Works As Well As For All Events Arising For This Reason. 9. The Acceptance Of The Works Is Made By The Person Appointed By The Employer For Technical Control Within 7 Days Of Notification For Receipt In The Presence Of The Contractor And Subcontractor. 10. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Is Approved By The Employers Representative And Signed By The Contractor, Subcontractor And The Person Appointed By The Ordering Party For Technical Control, The Report Of Receipt Of Works. The Amount Of Remuneration Due To Subcontractors.11 Should Result From The As -Built Cost Estimate Constituting The Attachment To The Acceptance Report. By Reporting The Works Performed, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit The Following Documents To The Ordering Party:- Summary As-Built Measure And Broken Into Individual Streets,- As-Built Cost Estimate, Checked And Accepted By A Person Designated For Technical Control,- Certificate Of Permission Of Paint For Use In Road And Bridge Construction Issued By Ibdim In Warsaw,- Research Results Of The Marking If Were Performed. 12. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period, Granted By The Contractor For The Marking Made, Is Respectively:- The
