The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented As Follows: The Contractor Delegates At Least 1 Person To Work At The Employers Facility Every Day, Who Will Secure The Facility From Monday To Friday From 15:00 To 07:00 The Next Day, While On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays And Other Days Off From Work, Established At The Employer - Around The Clock. The Contractor Will Present To The Employer A List Of Persons Directed To Perform The Order At Gns In Subzie. People Indicated By The Contractor Will Undergo A One -Off Training Organized By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct All Other Trainings Required By The Applicable Provisions.1.4 For His Employees And Contractors. The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience And Staff And Technical Potential - Guaranteeing Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 1.5. To The Extent That The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp Specified The Requirements Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Employment Obligation) Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended), The Contractor Guarantees The Ordering Party That Persons Performing These Activities Will Be Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning . Due To The Nature Of The Work Of Employees Performing Services Being The Subject Of This Contract, Exhausting The Features Of Employment Contracts, The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract Applies To All Employees Providing Direct Physical Protection Of The Facility. 2. The Contractors Duty Will Be: A) Ensuring Appearance To Perform Supervision, Rested, Fully Physically Functional, Without Found Chronic, Sober, Free From Other Intoxicants And Not Punished. And Persons For Whom Criminal Or Criminal And Fiscal Proceedings Are Not Pending;
