Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Milicz Poviat And Organizational Units. The Order Does Not Include The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Service. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Piła Poviat And Organizational Units In The Planned Amount Of 532.00 Mwh From April 1, 2025 To December 31, 2026 For Electricity Consumption Points Indicated In Annex 4 To Swz. Electricity Consumption Is A Declared And Estimated Size Used Only To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Submitted Offers And Selecting The Contractor. 3. The Contracting Authority Informs That All Electricity Consumption Points Specified In Annex 4 To Swz Have: - Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply And Distribution Of Electricity From Tauron Sales Sp.Z O.O. An Enterprise Concluded For An Indefinite Period. The Contracting Authority By February 28, 2025, On Their Own, Termination Of Contracts In A Manner Enabling The Start Of Electricity Supply From April 1, 2025. - Contracts For Electric Supply From Tauron Sales Sp.Z O.O. Concluded For An Indefinite Period; Information About Ppe And Concluded Contracts Is Contained In Annex 4 To Swz4. The Operator Of The Distribution System Is Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. The Contract Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Contract For The Sale Of Electricity Referred To In Art. 5 Para. 2 Of The Act - Energy Law. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Active Energy In Accordance With Applicable Qualitative Standards For The Service Of Recipients Specified In Executive Files Issued On The Basis Of The Energy Law. 5. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Has One Object Equipped With A Ppe 590322415300587833 Solar Installation. Technical Data Is Described In Annex 4 To Swz. For The Indicated Point, The Employer Has A Prosumer Status. The Contractor Undertakes To Settle Excess Energy As A Producer Deposit. In The Case Of Redemption Of Energy From The Installation, The Employer Allows The Contract For The Contractors Template. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged For Trade Balancing For Electricity Sold Under The Order. 7. The Contractor Should Have Current Contracts With The Osd Distribution System Operator, I.E. Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Via The Dso Distribution Network To Electricity Consumption Points Specified In Annex 5 To Swz Within The Contract. 8. Subject Of The Order - Supply Of Electricity - Has Specific Quality Standards, While The Price For Electricity Does Not Affect The Quality Of Delivery. Electricity Cannot Be Adapted To The Specific Requirements Of The Employer, It Is Normalized And Offered In Commonly Accepted Standards. Electricity Quality Standards Are Specified In Detail In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.
