Larticle Dachat In Question Concerns The Electric Traction Engines Of The Abb 6 Fha 7067 Type For The Locomotives Of The Bls Re 465 Series. In These Traction Engines, The Stator Is Replaced. An Overview Of The Complete Engine Is Given In The Abb 3Ehm 030934 Drawing, And The Stator In The Abb 3Ehm 030932 Drawing. The Stator Is Made Available To The Supplier By Lacheur. The Supplier Will Have To Return It To The Rewinding And Isolated, Ready To Be Installed And Tested. The Resemblance Of Traction Engines As Well As The Static And Final Dynamic Tests Are Carried Out By The Customer In His Ch-3806 Bönigen Factory. The Stator Is Provided By The Customer In A Coarsely Cleaned Condition On A Transport Chassis. All Unnecessary Accessories Have Been Removed (For Example The Temperature Probe). The Supplier Must Remove The Existing One From The Stator And Check The Laminated Nucleus To Detect Any Damage Or Short-Circuit. The Test Must Be Saved. After Rewinding In Accordance With The Drawing, Lenroulement Must Also Be Protected By Permanent Insulation In Accordance With The Defined Drawing. It Is A Silicone -Based Disolement System Which Must Be Used Due To The Expected Operating Temperatures Of The Traction Engines And The Required Disolement Class. Lisolation Must Be Applied According To The Vpi Process And Covered With A Protective Varnish Based On Silicone Adapted To The Disolement System. The Rewinding Also Includes Replacing The Connection Cables In Accordance With The Drawing, Including The Pods And Lily Cables As Well As The Labels. The Junction Box Must Also Be Filled With A Suitable Product. The Newly Rolled Stator Must Be Tested In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Abb 3Ehm 412954 Abb 3Ehm Boot Form And Must Be Saved. When The Stator Is Delivered To The Customer, It Is Repainted To Lexterior, All The Holes And Threads Are Cleaned (The Threads Can Be Cut If Necessary) And Sealed To Protect It From Contamination. All Mounting Surfaces That Should Not Be Covered With Paint Are Also Cleaned And Protected With Suitable And Easily Removable Preservation Oil For Short -Term Storage. In Summary, The Following Work Must Be Carried Out By The Supplier: · Remove The Existing One · Inspection Of The Sheet Metal With The Thermography To Check Letat And The Record · Cleaning Of The Stator, Including All The Holes And Threads As Well As The Mounting Surfaces · Rebobinage Stator According To The Plane, Replacement Of Binding Cables · Insulation Based On Winding Silicone And Molding Of The Terminal Box In Accordance With The Plane · Electric Test Of The New Winding According To The Specifications, Recording · Repain The Stator · Protection Against Contamination And Corrosion During Storage And Transport · Delivery Of Test Reports To The Customer · Realization Of
