The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Office Supplies For The Needs Of State Administration Units Specified In Annex 1A To Swz. 2. The Detailed List And Description Of The Requirements For Office Supplies Were Specified In Annex 2 To Swz, Which Is An Assortment And Price Form. The Number Of Office Supplies Contained In The Assortment And Price Form Constitute The Sum Of The Number Of Office Supplies For Individual State Administration Units Covered By The Order. 3. A Detailed Manner Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 3 To Swz Constituting The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. 4. Agreements Will Be Concluded Up To The Amount Of Funds Secured By Units To Finance The Order. 7. As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Will Ensure Transport And Unloading Of The Ordered Article To The Indicated Delivery Places. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring The Supplied Articles To The Room Indicated By Authorized Employees Of Individual Units. 8. The Supplied Articles Must Be Brand New, Packed In A Way That Protects Against Damage, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties, They Must Not Bear The Signs Of Use And Must Be Full -Fledged In The First Species, Including Without Deformations, Mechanically Undivided, Complete. The Supplied Office Supplies Must Be Wrapped In Originally, The Packaging Must Be Intact, Have Security Used By The Manufacturer And The Product Identifying Characters. 9. Date Of Each Delivery
