Medical Equipments- Cryoablation Defense For Treatment Of Luun And Soft Tissue Tumors And Metastasis. The Acquisition Focuses On The Treatment Of Bone And Soft Tissue Tumors And Metastasis. The Procurement Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Use Allowance By Supplying The Cryoablation Equipment With Accessories Free Of Charge And Only Charging The Supplier For Disposable Supplies. The Equipment Must Be Serviced And Repaired In Accordance With The Manufacturers Maintenance Program Throughout The Contract Period And, If Necessary, A Spare Unit Shall Be Delivered To The User Unit During Maintenance Or Repair. The Acquisition Also Includes Additional Products Related To The Products Offered, Such As Additional Sizes And Accessories, Which Are Indicated In Annex 3. In Addition, During The Contract Period, Products Belonging To The Product Groups Subject To The Contract, Which Are Not Identified In The Product, May Also Be Acquired During The Contract Period. The Agreement Is Valid For Two (2) Years, After Which It Is Valid Indefinitely. The Contracting Entity Estimates That In The First Year, Approximately 40 (1) Device Will Be Taken. The Contracting Entity Estimates That The Need For Purchases Is 1-2 During The Contract Period. The Purchase Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Requirements For The Subject Of The Acquisition Are Described In More Detail In This Invitation To Tender. This Is A Separate Acquisition Of Equipment For Hus. At The Time Of Publication Of The Invitation To Tender, Hus Estimates That The Total Anticipated Acquisition Value Of The Acquisition Is Approximately Eur 70,000 For One (1) Year And Calculated For Four (4) Years Is Approximately Eur 280,000. These Are Estimates And The Contracting Entity Does Not Commit To The Euro Amounts Stated Or The Amount Of Consumption Stated In The Invitation To Tender. The Final Order Volumes May Be Larger Or Smaller Than Reported.
